We want you to love your whiSpr experience! If for any reason it didn’t work out, we’re here to help with a simple and efficient return or exchange process. Please read the following policy carefully to ensure a smooth return.


Important Notice: Authorized Returns Only

All returns must be authorized and accompanied by a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). Any items sent to the address listed on your original package will not be processed as returns or exchanges. This address is managed by a third-party fulfillment center and is not a return address.

To ensure your return is handled correctly, you must contact us at returns@shopwhispr.com to obtain an RMA before shipping anything.


Return Policy

  • Eligibility: Returns and exchanges must be initiated within 7 days of receiving your product. Products must be in new, unused condition, including all original parts and packaging (instructions carton, sleeves, velvet insert, etc.).
  • Authorization Required: An RMA is required for all returns and exchanges. Unauthorized returns will not be processed.
  • Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
  • Exchanges: The first exchange per order is fee-free. For subsequent exchanges or refunds, a $7 restocking fee will apply.
  • Availability: Exchanges are subject to size availability. If your requested size is unavailable, store credit will be issued.
  • Timeline: Approved returns must be shipped within 7 days of receiving the RMA form. The total return timeline is 14 days.

How to Return or Exchange Your whiSpr

  1. Request an RMA:

    • Contact us at returns@shopwhispr.com within 7 days of receiving your order.
    • Provide your Name, Order Number, Product Size(s), and indicate whether you’d like a refund or exchange.
    • Specify the reason for return (e.g., wrong size, defective product, or other).
  2. RMA Approval:

    • Once your request is approved, we will email you the RMA form with detailed return instructions.
    • You must include the completed RMA form in your return package.
  3. Complete the RMA Form:

    • Fill out the RMA form we send to you and include it in your return package.
  4. Repack the Merchandise:

    • Ensure all items are securely repacked in their original packaging. Damaged or incomplete returns may be disqualified.
    • Include all original parts: instructions, sleeves, velvet insert, etc.
  5. Ship Your Return:

    • Once you receive the RMA form, you must ship your return within 7 days.
    • Use a trackable shipping method for peace of mind.

Refunds

  • Processing: Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days after receiving and inspecting your return.
  • Notification: You will receive a confirmation email once your refund has been processed.
  • Exclusions: A $7 restocking fee applies to all refunds.

  • Strict Time Limits: Once you receive the RMA form, you have 7 days to ship your return. Returns shipped after this window will not be accepted.
